Shipping policy

This policy explains how Madhumaa processes, ships and delivers your orders across India.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, or on a Sunday or holiday, are processed on the next business day. During sales, festivals and peak periods processing may take a little longer, and we will keep you informed if that happens.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Remote locations, hill stations, north-eastern states and island regions may take 8 to 12 business days. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery can be delayed by weather, strikes, courier backlogs, local restrictions or incorrect address details.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order value. Any free shipping threshold or promotional offer is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email or SMS once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live on the courier website. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 days, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address, pin code and phone number carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or a repeatedly unavailable recipient, reshipping charges will apply.

Undelivered and returned parcels

Couriers normally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund the order value after deducting the shipping cost, or reship at your request with shipping charges payable.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and inform us within 48 hours with photos. Claims raised later may not be accepted by the courier.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only.
